Nashville, TN – Castlerock Asset Management, who will open Bobby Hotel in Nashville in Spring 2018, has appointed Avi Niego as hotel’s General Manager.
A hospitality veteran with over 15 years in the industry, Avi Niego brings with him substantial pre-opening luxury and lifestyle leadership experience to Bobby Hotel ( www.bobbyhotel.com ). As a General Manager, he is tasked with overseeing the launch of the multifaceted hotel with 144 guest rooms and suites, and multiple food and beverage outlets including the rooftop bar and pool. His leadership, creativity, and strategic oversight will establish Castlerock’s Bobby Hotel as a best-in-class hospitality destination, as well as the definitive hub for the fast-growing community of creative visionaries who come to Nashville.

Avi Niego most recently served as Area General Manager at NYLO hotels where he oversaw the 173-room NYLO Plano and the 76-room Dallas South Side. Here, he was also involved in the rebranding of NYLO company including systems and POS transition, process adjustments, complete F&B brand program change with named F&B consultant, new website with Chat feature, and complete renovations of public areas and rooms. Prior to this, Avi served as a General Manager for Dallas’ Hotel Zaza, where he was instrumental in transforming this hotel into a luxury business destination.
Native of Tel Aviv, Israel, Avi holds a 4-year college degree and a Masters degree in Hospitality and Global Business Leadership from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. He is excited to call Nashville home with his wife and children.
