HOSPITALITY OWNERSHIP / DEVELOPMENT / MANAGEMENT
Castlerock is a premier real estate development and asset management firm specializing in unique-and-distinctive commercial properties designed to enhance and enrich the communities they serve. Headquartered in the heart of Nashville’s bustling Downtown, Castlerock brings a highly creative and sophisticated dynamic to one of the nation’s fastest-growing cities, honoring the region’s rich history while breaking exciting new ground. The Castlerock story goes back to an exploratory trip to Nashville back in 2013 by future company principals – New Yorker Kevin Fee and Ireland native Seamus Ross. Inspired by the city’s creative energy and warm, welcoming vibe, the pair formed Castlerock, investing in prime urban property with the stated mission of bringing a new level of elegance and bold, contemporary design to Nashville’s vibrant hospitality scene.
With highly successful individual careers and deep combined experience in finance and real estate, Fee and Ross apply a comprehensive, hands-on, “grass-to-carpet” philosophy to every Castlerock project. As owner, developer, and manager, Castlerock is proud to offer unmatched levels of quality and consistency.
The partners' initial forays into the Nashville hospitality market include two signature properties – the Westin Nashville, a soaring, 27-story blend of contemporary design and signature southern comfort, and the Bobby, an elegant boutique hotel located in a meticulously restored-and-renovated building on Nashville's historic Printer's Alley.
In addition, Castlerock has entered Nashville's lively, five-star dining scene with The Oak, a modern take on the classic American steakhouse featuring a contemporary, chef-driven menu offering a variety of Prime Certified Angus Beef®, small plates, and entrees that celebrate fresh Tennessee ingredients.
We care about our projects
With Castlerock successfully elevating Music City's hospitality offerings, the company is poised to leverage that success, with plans for smart, measured growth and organic development, expanding the company's owner/developer/manager model, and bringing characteristically bold innovations to some exciting new markets.
